Partners, Project Executive, Lehrer
McGovern Bovis and Project Manager for
the LeFrak Organization spearheading the
real estate development, finance and
construction business for over 25
years. He
presently invests and manages projects
for fees and equity and has personally
developed a 72,000 sf, 90 unit
residential facility an "8 figure real
estate development with NO MONEY." He
has performed every aspect of the
acquisition, conceptual design,
engineering, real estate development,
finance, construction and property
management process and provides hands-on
education in every aspect of the
business.
Mr. Van Liew is a real estate
development and business systems expert.
He has lectured at New York University,
Real Estate Institute and Rutgers University , College of Engineering . He holds a Masters Degree in
Real Estate Development & Finance,
New York
University , Master's
and Bachelor's Degrees in Civil
Engineering, New Jersey Institute of
Technology, and Graduate Research at Rutgers University . He is a licensed Professional
Engineer in New York

, Connecticut
and Delaware , Licensed Site Safety Manager, New York City and Licensed Real Estate Agent, New Jersey . He is a

Ken resides with his wife Terry, married
20 years, Michael & Alyse, 15 year old
